CuePoint is a London based pop-up BBQ and BEATS smokehouse. Aiming to provide our audience with a complex sensory experience to inspire their pallets and their passions.

Developing a range of meat and vegetarian dishes using our custom made reverse flow smoker.

A substance over style BBQ concept, looking to bring people back to simple and complimentary flavours using innovative smoking methods.

MATTEO MOROTTI CUEPOINTS’ RESIDENT DISK JOCKEY

Matteo is the music maker, from creating passionate playlists to performing bangin’ live vinyl sets, he owns the drop.

Hi love for smoked meat developed at Smokestak, where he met Josh Together they developed an intricate understanding of the art of smoking.

After returning to Italy, Bologna he developed his smoking skills with the Italian palette.

JOSHUA MORONEY CUEPOINTS’ HEAD CHEF

Josh has over 8 years’ experience working in diverse, exciting and gruelling kitchens.

His passion for smoked BBQ truly grew in 2013 as Pitmaster of a street food monopoly Smokestak UK.

After a few years’ Josh moved to shotgun BBQ with executive chef, Brad McDonald giving him an entirely new perspective on smoking methods and produce.
